Requirements
To enrol at Bay Baptist Bible College students must:
- Have a clear testimony of salvation, baptism, and church membership in a church of like faith.
- Have a calling from the Lord to equip themselves for the work of the Lord.
- Have the recommendation of their pastor.
- Understand that they are responsible for their school fees, which must either be paid or worked off.
- Understand that the language of instruction is in English, although some pastors may give explanation in isiXhosa or Afrikaans.
- Have passed at least Grade 12/Matric. However, exceptions can be made on application.
- Understand that enrollment is not automatic and must be approved by the College.

Rules
Students are expected to act in a mature, godly manner at all times. Students can be dismissed from the College for lack of good standing in their local church. This would be determined by their pastor.
Students could also be dismissed or suspended from College for lack of commitment to their course of study. They are expected to attend classes faithfully, do the additional self-study required, and prepare properly for tests and exams.
Students can further be dismissed for sinful living.
Students are expected to maintain appropriate standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness to support a healthy, respectful, and welcoming community. This includes wearing clean attire and attending to personal care needs on a consistent basis.
Students are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness in personal and shared spaces and for cleaning up after themselves in all campus facilities.
